Nothing, we supply everything you need for your hire. Outside power is a bonus, but the majority of hires, the power lead runs in through a window.

We have a water pump and a 5m hose that takes the water out within 10 minutes, this can go down any drain or it can water your grass and bushes.

We can normally attach a tap adapter to your inside kitchen hot tap so your hot tub will be up to temperature as soon as its full (usually 1 hour depending on water pressure)

In the summer months the hot tub takes approximately 6-12 hours to heat using cold water. Factors including the air temperature contribute to the time it takes.

You will be provided with a filter for your hot tub hire. The filter collects grass and hair etc to keep the hot tub hire lean. Each night you will need to rinse the filter with water to remove all foreign objects. We also recommend using a foot bath before entering to keep all the dirt outside of the hot tub.

When delivering the inflatable hot tub hire we will give you the option to use one of our tap adapters. These adapters fit 90% of household taps.

This is extremally rare but if this does happen, Everyone who hires will be given a help sheet (this will be emailed to you). If you have an error code appear please read the help sheet and you will be able to get up and running within a few minutes.
